Luma Designs offers event design services in Chattanooga for weddings, corporate events, galas, meetings, and social celebrations across East Tennessee and North Georgia. Ways to Work With Luma

À La Carte Rentals

If you already know what you need, you’re welcome to browse our rental inventory and build your event one piece at a time. Many clients use Luma for lounge furniture, bars, tables, chairs, tabletop details, fabric draping, lighting, and décor without needing a full design package.

This option is ideal for clients who have a clear vision, are working with a planner, or simply need a few key rentals to complete the space. We’re still happy to answer questions and help you refine your selections along the way.

Design Guidance & Showroom Consultation

For clients who want help narrowing down options and creating a more cohesive event plan, we offer design guidance through our showroom consultation process. This service is ideal if you have inspiration, a venue, and a general direction, but want help selecting rentals, refining the aesthetic, and making sure the pieces work together in a way that feels intentional.

During the design process, we can help with rental selections, layout ideas, draping and lighting concepts, color and texture coordination, and recommendations for the overall guest experience. This option works especially well for weddings, galas, corporate events, and celebrations that need more than a simple rental order but don’t necessarily require full-service event design.

Full-Service Event Design

Our full-service design offering is for clients who want a more collaborative, high-touch approach to the visual direction of their event. We work with you to shape the overall environment—from rental selections and floorplan ideas to fabric draping, lighting, décor, lounge areas, bars, and the layered details that bring the space to life.
