We work with couples, planners, businesses, nonprofits, and venues to create event spaces that feel cohesive and guest-ready. Some clients come to us for a few key rentals, while others need a more complete design plan with layered décor, draping, lighting, and styling support. Whether you’re planning a wedding, gala, conference, holiday event, or social celebration, our team can help you select rentals and design elements that fit the occasion, the venue, and the overall feel you want to create.
Our rental inventory includes lounge furniture, bars, tables, chairs, tabletop details, and event décor, along with fabric draping and lighting options that can transform the atmosphere of a space. We offer both full-service event design and à la carte rentals, depending on the level of support you need.
How the Luma Process Works
Start by exploring our curated rental collections to get a sense of what fits your event style and needs. When you’re ready, add your favorite items to a wishlist and submit it along with a few event details. From there, we’ll create a custom quote tailored to your event. Make sure you click the button that says “Submit Wishlist” to send it to us.
You’re welcome to choose our full-service event design, select à la carte rentals, or mix and match based on your vision. If you’d like extra guidance or want to see items in person, schedule a visit to our showroom and design center—we’d love to meet you.
Once everything is finalized, your booking is confirmed with a 50% retainer. When your event date arrives, our logistics and design teams handle the delivery and setup of your rental items so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.
